Rooms were clean and spacious. I was greeted cheerfully and promptly upon entry. Staff was efficient and courteous and very helpful.
I am a per owner and was appalled by the amount of dog feces on the property. You could not walk your dog without dodgingmultiple piles of stool. I have been staying at this hotel for many years. My parents live within a few miles of the hotel'.
The staff at the North East facility went out of their way to take care of us during our move.
