The hotel was beautiful. The hotel was well maintained. They need some work on their preparation and execuation of breakfast in the mornings.
Every staff member I encounter through my stay were incredible. Folks running valet service. We are also great.
Breakfast was terrible, three mornings in a row. Extremely long lines, 60 90 minutes and ran out of food nearly every day.
Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Breakfast line was 90 minutes and ran out of food on multiple days. Kitchen staff, Dion was rude.
Free coffee and tea 24 hours a day and a Grand Breakfast.
Looks recently refurbished, free full breakfast, microwave, fridge and coffee maker, reasonably priced for the neighborhood. A short walk from the convention center. What’s not to like?.
