Seeing that we both used walker, the clerk on duty gave us a room right across from the elevator. Very nice.
Liked that they were pretty relaxed about checking in compared to other places. Room was clean and they are pet friendly.
When l first made the reservation, on the phone looking for a discount offered through whidbey island seatac shuttle, I was both told no discount and given a price higher than online. While talking to the person I completed the online reservation. He hung up on me. I waited over 45 minutes at the airport at 10:30 pm, was told traffic. Never saw excessive traffic. My room key didn't work so has to wait again. Nothing to eat in the morning for the price paid equals I won't stay there again.

The check in was pleasant and efficient. The room was big, clean, the water was hot and the TV was large. So close to the airport. Everything we needed.
Good location, clean room.
Great room for individuals with physical disabilities. The shower was especially well designed and very easy to use, a thoughtful and much appreciated feature.
