The air conditioning was messed up and made the room damp for all our clothes and bed. Was awful. Would not stay again.
Staff, from the check-in desk to the housekeeping staff, were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. My room was very comfortable and in the exact location I had requested. I did enjoy my stay.
Nice employees, rooms outdated, need repairs and updating. A/C on three Rd floor didn't cool the room, fire alarm went off several times and no call to the rooms to let us know it was a false alarm (luckily) Some rooms didn't hear the alarms and that scares me.
No carpet on floors, 2 double beds, Adequate bathroom Sketchy feeling area In at 9pm, out very early morning for early flight.

Clean,delicious buffet breakfast and onsite bistro, really nice and attentive staff.
Bathroom dated. Rusted outdated tissue holder. Request ONE towel from maid who refused. Sign in was not accommodating.
