We had one of the absolute worst experiences. The room was filled with smoke. My wife is allergic to smoke and her breathing and eyes were affected. There were stains on the linen resulting in us dleeping in our clothes and using our jackets and other articles of clothing to lay out on the bed. Bathroom and room in general was dirty. Extremely noisy which did not allow us to sleep. We checked in late on3/22 after driving 8 hours and because of the room condition, we were out by 9 after not sleeping at all.

The lady at the desk was extremely pleasant. She was a great help when I asked for a room on the first floor (I have arthritis).
