When I arrived to my room the house keeper and her crew were smoking weed and drinking outside. The room smelled horrible and trash. Felt like I was at a trap house the bathroom was dirty like I could catch a disease. The dresser was old with missing drawers the TV was outdated the whole room was outdated I felt unsafe and couldn’t stomach the fact of staying there I left as soon I checked in.
not good do not think I will stay in a red roof inn ever again. Too many transients.
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful.

The first thing I saw was people hanging out. It appears people are living there. I wasn't provided the correct information about checking in when I made the reservation. The front desk made a questionable face when I asked if the rooms are clean. The room itself was disgusting. It's was dingy, dirty, old and had a strong bleach smell. I had an event to go to ati couldn't even shower first because the bathroom was nasty. I went to my event (unshowered) and checked out the same day. It was just a nasty and expensive dressing room. Red Roof Inn use to be a nice place but is now quite substandard. You need to lower your prices like you have lowered your standards.
No drawers in dresser,no shelves in fridge,no phone,hair dryer was off the wall,hook on bath doorway loose, no hangers.
