Motel was clean and reservation was what u needed. Sausage Gravy was cold at breakfast! Wyndham needs to change their policy on switching rooms if a room is available. Staff was very friendly and helpful, as Much as they could be, when hands were tied by Wyndham reservations!
Tub backed up, sink backed up, didn't clean or make beds, bath linen poor quality, no elevator, rates not as advertised.
I had two rooms 107 and 108. On arrival 107s door was not closed and smelled like someone took a dump in room had to go to desk and get air freshener. In room 108 during the night you could hear plastic wrapping crinkling. In morning we discovered a whole package of peanut butter crackers had been eaten by a rodent. It had climbed on desk there was chunks of plastic on desk and rest of wrapper on floor. I took front desk they said they would put a trap out. Went back to room and discovered there was already a mouse trap behind entertainment center and found rodent droppings behind it and behind refrigerator. Told front desk if you know you have rodents in a room it shouldn’t be used until gone and that I expect a refund. Dead bolt on 108 door wouldn’t work either. I will not be staying in this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I’ll expect a refund !
