We were met by a wonderful middle aged women that was so friendly. She tried to help us out with a accessibility room. The strip on the entry floor to shower had pulled off and it was yellow and smelled like mildew. Someone came to fix it but was not a professional job. The breakfast area during breakfast was messy and was not kept clean or stocked well as people were getting breakfast. The foyer was beautiful and very clean. Beds were comfortable.
