Staff was excellent! My room was clean and neat as expected. Very close to both airports for a quick inexpensive ride to and from. The main road has many good restaurants. There is a small cafe with full liquor bar inside this hotel. The hotel is at the edge of a very wealthy Dallas neighborhood. Very large parking lot and there IS NOT a fee to park your rental car. I would go back and due to value, cleanliness, location to airports, services offered for the price.
Elevator out of order Asked for king bed got two queens.
Refrigerator and some room lights didn’t work. No ice machine on our floor despite sign directing to it. Staff was helpful and room was clean and neat. Doused by showerhead pointed out the door.
