This hotel is in a decent location, the room was clean and nicely decorated and there are plenty of amenities including a popular Dim Sum restaurant and liquor store. But maybe the latter is a problem. Everyone I encountered on the third floor was drunk at 5pm, plus the entire floor smelled like weed. It's fine to walk through, but when the smell starts making its way into your room, it's not so fine. After a full on domestic next door, I packed up and left, getting another room on the other side of the hotel (different elevator). Not really the hotel's fault and they quickly moved me. The young girl at the front desk is brave, in my opinion, to be working a night shift with so many questionable tenants and transients. I have a feeling the best thing to do is steer clear of the third floor.
