We have family in the area and we always choose to stay our first night at Templins. We love the lakefront view and the rooms are excellent.
The hotel is clean, updated and has the best view of the river. The hotel bar/restaurant are amazing! This is the only hotel we stay at when passing through.

The hotel is in such a great location! The river access is wonderful. So close to Post Falls Brewing Co and Bunker Bar/Burger Bunker. The lobby is lovely and well updated, I look forward to a future return when the rooms have also been updated.

We had a wonderful river view from our room. It was very relaxing and tranquil. Entire staff was professional and very friendly. Especially Stephanie at the front desk and Conrad in the restaurant.
Nice, clean and quiet. The amenities were well kept, and working. The beds were comfortable. Had a functioning and quiet air conditioner, which is always important.
Last minute decision on Easter to drive a short distance from Spokane, WA to Post Falls for much needed R and R. Room was nice and the view of the river and mountains made us feel a 1000 miles away from our busy schedules. Checked in and made our way to the Dam Bar (their restaurant/lounge) for a cocktail and light dinner. The Crab Cakes and Salmon were outstanding and their classic Wedge salad was the BEST I have ever had (and I have had dozens of "wedge" salads across the country. We opted for a Jacuzzi room, which my wife really enjoyed. Friendly staff throughout made our experience even nicer. I think their room price could be $30 $50 dollars less, based on low season. If they were, we would probably stay here once a month.

all aspects of my Red Lion stay were excellent. from Conrad in the restaurant to the housekeepers, front desk ca dre, pool attendants, to everyone I interacted with were professional and people, people. every day the Red Lion crew made my days better. i will recommend Templin’s Red Lion to friends traveling to Post Falls Idaho!

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Reasonable rate. River side of hotel was very quiet. Will be back.
