Very responsive to anything we needed.
I reserved two rooms for two nights. one was supposed to be a king suite and one was supposed to have two queens. We received a queen in each room. Brian was able to get me a different room that had two Queens. He was very nice and helpful.
Hotel was under construction. Bed was very soft I.e. rolling to centre. Not up to same standard as previous visits.
