Holiday Inn in Holiday Inn express has been a hotel of my choice for the past several staying, but my last two experience with Holiday in has been horrible. The atmosphere and physical character of the hotel was dirty and noncompliance with anything that I had seen before at other Holiday Inn. This includes, broken coffee machine. No daily service, torn towels, not even courtesy couple of bottles of water. I have to ask for a couple of extra towels and exercise room because there was no towels.. Not saying the unfriendly and careless front desk people. I’m sure you don’t even care to respond to this, however, I just wanted you to have a piece of my mind. Horrible horrible.
