Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the unique artwork, quotes on the walls and photo murals on the buildings. Proximity to town, medical facility I was going to and the centennial trail were a big plus.

My Beautiful Husband David passed very unexpectedly August 25th last year. I simply couldn't bear to relieve that horrible night again so I came to stay at Ruby River. Two months after David's death I got a sweet little Scotch Collie puppy. Because dogs are allowed at Ruby River, we came to spend the night. We had dinner together on the patio at the Ospray and wandered the grounds and Centennial Trail until after midnight. I felt very safe and looked after, both at the hotel and restaurant. Everything was clean, tidy and the staff loving and supportive for my wounded spirit. I needed to be there so badly. The river and I are old friends so being on the banks in such a lovely spot was very healing. Still, I would never have entertained going there had it not been for being able to bring my big ol' Collie pup. He's my family and companion now and I'm so grateful I found such a comfortable retreat to rest and restore my soul and not have to be alone in my sorrow. Asa and I will most certainly be back to continue on with my healing journey in the loving arms of The Ruby on the River, The Ospray, the river herself and my big loppy puppy dog. GOD BLESS.

The service here was outstanding! The desk help was amazing, the room was clean and in good repair.
Good hotel that provided me with a ground floor room close to an entry door and parking lot as I wanted. Having a dog, this made my stay more convenient. The room was comfortable, the bed and shower very good. The restaurant was cheerful and pleasant!
Clean, attractive place. Nice location.
We stayed there on Jun 9 and 10 2025. Wife left a pillow on checkout. Went back three hours later, room was cleaned by non English speaking person. Pillow was stolen. Web site says breakfast available Not True. Total stay was $320 and no breakfast. Probably won't stay there again. Too bad as our son is stationed at Fairchild AFB.
Very active with mixed ages and social levels. Beautiful river and garden view!

We loved our stay at Ruby River Hotel. The location is so perfect for anything in town and the outdoor hot tub and pool area are a nice feature. Would love to stay here again.
Check in was easy and not complicated with the reservation as we'd requested. We really liked the staff in the dining room (and the one bartender we spent a quiet evening with). The food was good. The room was fine, the heating of the room and housekeeping were good and consistent, providing us what we needed when we asked. We LOVED the location of the hotel, handy to the freeway, downtown and on the river! Complete with dining room and bar. Parking almost outside our door worked good too. We'll be back!
