Overall the stay and staff were exceptional. My family had a really great experience. It was clean and comfortable. I would like to commend Arianna in the the Trophy Room restaurant. She was working alone and working so very hard, never did she not have a smile on her face and was so kind and polite. Having my business' I can appreciate it when a staff person does there job and does it well. She should be rewarded for how she carries herself while working. She clearly values her job and provides the best service possible to all she serves. I was extremely impressed with her and would recommend she gets recognized for her efforts. Finding and keeping an employee like her is hard so I hope she gets something for her efforts.

Graduate in Storrs was a wonderful hotel experience on campus and they are all students! Wonderful service, good food and location. Just what we needed.
Everyone I dealt with was great. Some other Graduates around the country seem more high end, but this one was very clean and fantastic staff.

I was told I have an extra fee of $40 dollars but I will get it back if I don’t add charges to the room. Tell me that when I make the reservation not when I arrive!
