Young man was very nice and extremely helpful. An Indian woman standing behind him was insisting I could not check in because I did not have a picture ID. I had lost my wallet. I did however, have my phone and showed her my confirmation email and evidence I had prepaid. She said she didn't care that I had paid because I had paid through Expedia and it did not affect the motel and I could not stay. The young man called the owner who said I could check in. I would never go back to that Super 8 and may never bother with any Super 8 after that. The "third party" supposedly charged 100 extra for the rooms for their service. The whole experience was wrong.
