At TWELVE, we’re not only on your time, we’re on the Earth’s as well. Our hotels were designed and operate in a manner that is respectful of our environment. We use an energy management system that reduces power consumption in unoccupied rooms and rely on efficient CFL lighting in all guest rooms. Our water consumption is managed with the use of high-end fixtures designed to maximize efficiency while maintaining peak performance for you, our guest. We also think about the water that leaves our hotel. All of the cleaning supplies used throughout our properties are environmentally-friendly. Further, we provide ZERO brand amenities in all guest rooms, which contain no sulfates. Rather than old-growth hardwoods, all of our wood flooring is bamboo. Finally, we’re big on recycling, from the cardboard and plastics that we use to the to-go packaging that we purchase to the cooking oil that is turned into fuel.
Full Restaurant onsite, open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast is not included in our room rates.
