The hotel charged my credit card $99.00 with no explanation. When I tried to call and get an explanation, I got disconnected several times. It took over two weeks to get my money back. I never got an explanation.

Outdated. Check in and out was a mess. My room was cancelled somehow. Rebooked and then had three rooms. Front desk could not reimburse me directly. I had to call a "3rd Party". Process took over an hour. Thankfully, I did receive a refund. On a positive note, I left my jewelry pouch behind. The hotel staff mailed it back and all of my special pieces were all still there. So thankful for the honest employees for returning all to me!

I left some valuables in the room and housekeeping and the manger mailed items to me, very grateful.
Hotel starting to show age. Shower curtain had mold on it. Crayon and mark on all the doors. Beds hard. Stayed many times and getting worse. Stayed for a conference and we all talked it may be time to find a new hotel again. Restaurant rarely open and bar had one bartender that could not keep up with everyone you should have more then one bartender on when a huge conference being held and all stayed at your hotel. Conference held at Bismarck event center but everyone filled your hotel and the rooms are not in good shape.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed being back at this facility. It’s been a period since our last stay here. We’ll definitely book here again next time we’re in Bismarck. Thanks for everything.
