We had a great stay. Nice clean and enjoyed the no smoking slots. Nice selection of restaurants and location on the boardwalk.

Bed was comfortable and shower was safe for a disabled customer.

Couldn’t sit by the pool without reserving and paying for a lounge (but couldn’t have an umbrella) or a cabana. Regular lounge chairs had the backs of the cabanas for a view. Air conditioning in the Havana Tower Lobby did not work. Don’t think we will be back and we used to love The Trop!
Dirty filthy market place Valet nightmare No decency It seemed that you would let anybody in wearing anything. Women have dressed men looking like pimps bad element.

Overall it was very nice hotel to stay at and to be so close to the beach now I no what tower to come back to my next visit here.
Garage elevators need to be updated and repaired. Having one attendant at the garage when leaving is ridiculous. It took 20 minutes to get out. There should be maps of the hotel readily available so you know where you need to go for check in. We were on a long line to get checked in only to find out there was only one person working. Meanwhile at the South Tower there was where the main front desk was. We had no way of knowing this. Rochelle helped is check in at a kiosk she was able to bring up our correct confirmation information which was never sent to my phone. Aside from check in chaos and the difficulty of getting out of the garage, we had a very nice time and ate at some great restaurants. I would recommend the restaurants, not sure about the hotel.
