We were immediately impressed with the front desk staff upon our arrival: Anu and Vaishanam! Extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. For a small upgrade price, we were given one of the newly renovated rooms with no carpet. The room was spotless! I even considered taking a bubble bath which is something I would NEVER consider in a hotel I've been to. We were steps away from the exercise room, ice machine, front desk and pool and yet we did not hear anything in the hall or outside the hotel throughout the night. We asked if it would be possible to get a couple stemmed wine glasses. Staff immediately went to the bar and polished a couple up for us! The evening staff were fabulous beyond belief. Our room was immaculate with a decent sized TV. A very nice stay and just 12 minutes from the entrance of Point Pelee National Park.
