Hello ! Excellent experience at your Ontario St Fairfield Inn Room was very clean and efficient Breakfast was very pleasant and convenient… I must commend your staff, especially Tom ?? ( I believe that was his name ) at the front desk… Our check in woman was very pleasant and answered a few questions we had very intelligently and professionally. Check out was where your staff and Tom went above and beyond. I was running the Chicago Marathon and I experienced an injury which slowed me down considerably… My daughter had to quickly pack up and vacate the room since I was late getting back to the hotel. Tom checked out my daughter from our initial room and allowed her to stay in another room until I got back He kept her safe and calm in a very caring and pleasant manner. He and your staff went above and beyond to help us. We were also almost forced to stay another night because our flight back to NYC was delayed twice due to very inclement weather in NY. Tom put a room aside for us “just in case of the worst case scenario “ If we needed it, it was available. We wound up not needing it and were able to fly out later but the reassurance that Tom gave us was comforting….. I did thank him for all he did but I felt obligated to let higher ups know that your staff are extremely professional and caring ! Thanks again ! Joseph Savino Stayed Friday 10 10 to Sunday 10 12.
Clean and very convenient location to Northwestern Hospital. Plenty of restaurants choices. Pretty location in Chicago.
1st time staying at this location. We had a great experience and lots of fun exploring sites and visiting museums and other great areas for visitors. The manager welcomed us on the 1st of three nights and helped us find the best option for our stay. Hotel staff was very friendly front desk breakfast, security and cleaning crew they are all the best! We will be back, for sure!
