There was a nice breakfast in the morning.
Hallways dirty. A/C sounded like a cement truck. Bathroom floor filthy. Had only one clean bath towel when we arrived, there was two of us. Breakfast eggs were terrible.
The tub needed caulking that wasn’t all goobered up. Faucet was loose.
Nothing was good about it all! Very dirty they said are room was ready it was not! Pillows had sweat stains on them‘ The whole place was filthy the whole Ramada was filthy! The receptionist was rude had ring in her nose, a ear ring in her lip’ Honestly that’s the first Ramada that was that bad.

Warm pool! Clean rooms!
The room was fine, we were happy to have a place with power and heat, ours had been out for two days by then. You could tell that the hotel needs more workers. Towels were piled up around the pool, the entire time we were there. The same red bull empty can sat in the same spot the whole time we were there. The hot tub was not operating, which was very disappointing. My kids did not enjoy the newly renovated pool because it was cold. Only one person was working the breakfast buffet. She was doing the best she could, but one person is not enough staff to feed the whole hotel. Just a lack of care from employees because they are likely burned out from doing more than one person's job. You need to hire and managers need to treat employees with respect, so they don't quit.
Would Go Again.
Would have stayed where there is a pool.
Hotel is showing signs of improvement/updates. Lobby, room, beds were great. Restaurant and bar serving drinks (2 complimentary) and appetizers. Staff was super helpful, polite and customer service focused!
