Nice and friendly place to stay. Food in restaurant is very good. Very clean, check in was easy and pleasant.
No pool, no ice, no cleaning, no food. We were told the pool was under maintenance. But never received any notice of that. It's pretty awful when you get kids all excited to swim only to have the staff tell us that it's drained cause of all the kids. Then we make it to our room where we find the bathroom was never cleaned. Both nights here we tried to go downstairs to eat. Both nights we were told it's over a hour wait. And no one was in there. And my favorite was the ice machines on every floor that were broken. But don't worry they have freezers for ice for the guests. Only problem with that is they are all empty. Next year we will be staying across the street where all of three amenities that I paid for can be used.
We canceled our rooms 15 min after booking them and our card was charged and now no one will answer our emails or calls. very frustrating.
Never got to stay, either I booked the wrong date, or the staff entered it wrong. Either way I was charged for a stay that I was not able to attend. Thanks for taking my money. Because of this, I most likely won’t stay in any of you hotels in the future.
