This hotel offers a range of amenities including a bar/lounge, parking, a gym, an airport shuttle, a pool, a restaurant, a spa, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly rooms, laundry facilities, non-smoking rooms, breakfast, air conditioning, a 24/7 front desk, a kitchen, a business center, and meeting rooms.
When you walk into the lobby it looks like it would be a nice place but the rest of the hotel shows otherwise. Our bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted it from the track first. Beds were squeaked anytime you moved, the A/C was so loud it sounded like a thunderstorm outside our window. Room key didn't allow access to the pool so you had to find someone to let you in anytime you wanted access. The pool itself wasn't very clean, we could feel small clumps of slime at the bottom. With all that being said, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had dessert at the hotel after going out for dinner and it was very tasty. Pint pong table in the lobby was very enjoyable for our son.
The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would change is the coffee maker and add a microwave and have larger trash can or more than one in the room. I would also add black out curtains for people who don’t want any light coming in and waking them up and to make sure there enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests staying in a room. Over all it was a good experience!
