I was very pleased with my stay at Aloft hotel, rooms where very clean, modern decoration, comfortable beds, with the necessary amenities :), very pleasant front desk staff and I’ll definitely stay again. 👍👍.
Very expensive and a room with a king bed is “postage stamp” size. The phone in my room did not work and remained that way for me entire two day stay. There is no complimentary bkfst and what is offered at a small price is very poor quality. Shower floor is very slippery. There is no bathroom fan or microwave in the room. Will never stay here again….
My valuable lost and found item was here after a month and I was able to recover it safely. I'm so eternally grateful. The service at this hotel has always been nothing but stellar! Thank you team! 😊.
Large bright clean room with large windows, comfortable bed, nice separation from bathroom area. Only negative is that sound travels inside from hallway.
