Great Restaurant
We checked in late. The person who checked this in was a bit rude, he also treated us like we were less than. We asked for pillows and a razor blade which he said he would have brought up to the room and no one came. And he didn’t follow up. So I could say that the check in was below the typical standard for the Ritz Carlton. That being said, the weight staff were very attentive. The Bellman and the chauffeur were excellent. We felt treated with respect and with a high level of professionalism. In particular, the chauffeur we had the following morning was incredibly kind.. it made up for the poor attitude of the receptionist the night before.
