I’m never disappointed with my stays at RC Nola. Staff is great on all levels from housekeeping to check in to valet. Room service is spot on and I always have the beignets and coffee. Super trip and stay.
This place is amazing!
From the check in staff to the maids, to the overall condition of the rooms and hotel in general I can't say enough great things about this hotel. They even have their own live jazz band in the lounge! On tip of all that, their concierge service is second to none. They can recommend a daily itinerary for any guest who has an interest in seeing the city. 10 stars !
This was our second visit at the Ritz and it was even better than the first. Charming hotel. Staff who are thorough and professional. I have no complaints.
