This hotel is a great experience! The location of the hotel is ideal, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of, the staff is very polite, professional and efficient and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek whenever we travel to Denver.

When I checked in with my wife, your system was down nationwide, which had to be an extremely stressful sphincter moment for those in corporate, not to mention those working the front desks for your organization everywhere. That’s the bad news, the good news is the people within this organization, Denver Cherry Creek Courtyard, were incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful. They couldn’t accept my credit card to check in, but they retrieved it a day later. We came in hungry, been traveling all day to get here, so your lovely people working in the kitchen and serving us made sure we ate. I paid the bill a day later, as your system was back online then. Talk about trust… That goes along way. They should all be commended. As for the rooms, they need a little sprucing up as they look tired, but it was still a very pleasant stay. Your employees that worked with us throughout the entire time we were here, we’re more than kind, professional and considerate. They should all be commended and I mean that seriously. kudos to Kevin, I believe that is his name, the front end, assistant manager. I hope this helps and I sure as hell hope you take this seriously. Thank you, Dale Gurvis.

I liked having a Starbuck's in the hotel in the morning. Rooms were clean. Staff delivered requested items quickly and was very nice.

The placement of your armoire very awkward. It consumed the room. The entry door to the room was ridiculously heavy. As a senior citizen I found it to be almost impossible to enter.
