Overall nice hotel.
Staff was very friendly. Michael was super helpful once we arrived...Room was clean and nice. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Valet parking was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel lobby looked like a warehouse floor, dirty and not professionally designed. Room was not insulated from street noise and too small. The entrance from the street and elevator was poorly lighted and not well marked. I would not recommend this property and should have left to find another hotel. I had an airline flight get cancelled and was too tired to look for another hotel.

Excellent Service
Hotel was close to venue which was ideal.
We had no water and you would expect management to come in earlier than 9am to support the staff in handling the complaints of the guest. I don't think I'll come back just for that reason.
For the cost of the stay, breakfast lunch and dinner should come with the stay.
