I initially booked a room for two nights 06/13/25 and 06/14/25. When I checked in they only had me booked for one night. Upon check in I was told that I would be able to stay the following night at the same price. I was charged more for the second night. I paid for the second night the next morning and left specific instruction with the front desk and with the maid service that I left items in the refrigerator approximately $35.00 dollars worth of items. When I returned to the room at 4:00pm everything had been removed. I told the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The staff member at the front desk named Ava was the only person who was professional, polite and helpful. The rest were useless and slightly rude. The room was okay however they should replace the rugs and recaulk the bathroom tub to get rid of the black mildew molding.
Friendly and approachable staff, good breakfast, and all the amenities you need—fridge, microwave, toiletries, and more. Prompt service, clean environment, and a convenient location. Overall, very friendly and comfortable.
People were talking outside our door, we had to leave as my little dog would bark. Tried asking the guest to move away from the door and was greeted with hand gestures. No personal at the front desk so we left the key and returned to our home with no power or heat.
