Went three days without room being cleaned. Breakfast offerings are very poor and sparse. Flies on the fruit. Only Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in that only offered waffles on the weekend. Breakfast tacos everyday is a bit much. Hallways and elevators are excessively hot. One washer out of order the entire week of our stay. Pillows and mattresses are very uncomfortable. Chair and couch in room were very uncomfortable and made our backs hurt. I reserved king suite and got a two queen bed suite. Worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton property. Very sad.
