I reserved five rooms for a conference. One guest had to change their linen because the bed wasn’t made with fresh linen from a previous guest. I received complaints from other guests about the cleanliness of their rooms. However, the next morning, the staff was very apologetic after seeing the video of the bed and suggested I contact the booking agent for a refund.

One room 131 had no heat and second room bathroom need more construction. Toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. Tub didn't drain during shower. TV was so confusing we had to have staff turn it on. Holes in wall in bathroom looked moldy. Room 103.
