Very nice/clean rooms! Front desk was very efficient and helpful! Breakfast was also very good!

The room was not ready one hour after check in. Front desk was very nice and told me they would text me when the room was ready they never texted me. I called them about and later and told them I made other reservations. Front desk said fine no penalties. Then I got a bill for the entire stay I never checked in and they billed me for Both nights.
The place is very clean, front desk personals, I interacted with three of them,and they were all very pleasant and helpful. My four stars is because of the breakfast. It's very limited and it's only served for four hours.

The hotel and room was very nice. Nice setup if an extended stay with kitchen amenities. I was only there for a night. However, a few issues 1. Thermostat could not be changed. Temp set at 73 with no control. A tad warm all evening. 2. Someone set the alarm clock to go off at 12 midnight. I'm an early riser but not that early. 3. I had to run the shower on full hot for 10 minutes to achieve a tepid temperature. Based upon the rate I might consider staying again.
