Great brunch and housekeeping staff were all so sweet and helpful.
I have health issues and I needed help from the car to my hotel. They sent out Roger I believe who was great friendly and so helpful. He obtained a wheelchair for me. In the morning a staff person was kind to take my bag to my car and wheel me to the lovely breakfast buffet. My room was clean I liked that I could adjust the air conditioning to be comfortable. Great hotel and staff.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights several days ago and are staying here again for an extra night. The hotel is both lovely and classy. The rooms are tastefully appointed and clean. The free breakfast is delicious and filling much more than a continental breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
My husband and I stayed at the Glidden House in Cleveland for two nights, for the first time (our first visit to Cleveland). The hotel is lovely, clean and well run. Its history as a mansion was of particular interest to us. The public rooms are beautiful, especially the woodwork. The free breakfast is delicious and not to be missed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the hotel again. Another plus is that the hotel is close to many attractions. We highly recommend.
