overall the stay was ok, but the mattress was worn out, squeaky, you literally could not sleep in it. I addressed this with the staff,nothing was done about it. The shower tub drain was plugged where the water came up to ankles. The interstate is located on back side of hotel, very noisy so avoid those rooms. Location was good and customer service overall was ok. I was hoping for a follow up from the hotel manager for some sort of credit, or points due to the room issues, but knowone seemed to want to address the situation.
Everyone was friendly and helpful to us during our visit. Would recommend them to our friends.
