Our room was adequate, the disappointment came, the second night of our stay; key card did not work to get in bldg., then we could not get into our room went to desk, had cards rekeyed and still did not work, whole process took at least 20 min. Breakfast offered items, terrible, or very questionable, waffle batter was starting to separate so they ended up in the trash. Bagel so dried out and was hard as a rock. Will not be staying at this particular Americinn again.
When I called to tell them I would not be there because my husband passed away the desk person was very empathetic and kind. I do bot know the hotel's cleanliness or worth but I do know the character was very good!
