We were impressed from the minute we arrived. The hotel was clean and well kept, but most of all the staff was too notch! I wish I would have written down the names of the two team members that assisted with check in and check out, they were phenomenal. I booked the wrong room, no problem! The new room was assigned in minutes. On the way out, we left an item and the team member called Expedia to track down my information in order to get the item back to me. So grateful! My son was at a wrestling tournament and needed what I had left behind. Would definitely recommend a stay at the Inn!

Very nice, accommodating staff. I even saw the baby ducks that hatch every year in the hotel's inner protected yard.
We had a huge change in travel which brought us within three hours of The Inn a day sooner than our reservation. I called at 9:30pm after having been driving for 10 hours. Riley was truly a caring professional and arranged for a room at 12:30 in the morning. She also made it possible that we would not have to move to a second room (our original reservation) later in the day. Heather had all of Riley's notes and the process went exactly as anticipated. We met the General Manager named Wendy later on that morning and she, with the help of Dustion, resolved a technical issue with my wife's iPad. Simply put, genuinely nice, good, knowledgeable, caring staff. Just the best!
The arrival experience, the lobby and surroundings were all good. We liked our room, particularly the two sink setup.
