Really loud all day and night from Supper Club and Sky Bar. Poorly designed hotel.
I was unable to wash my 26 year old handicap child in handicap shower with seated bench. Was unable to book Aug four Aug five reservation. Slightly disappointing experience.
It was a nice, clean, room with good amenities.
I've stayed at this hotel for about 8 years now for business stays. They rehab'd it I guess during Covid. So now sure, parts of it are prettier. But I don't like that multi evening visitors have to empty their own trash, go get their own coffee supplies and leave dirty dishes outside the room for whenever cleaning staff comes to pick it up. That's disgusting and inviting cockroaches and whatever else. They also got rid of the restaurant. I'll probably find somewhere else to stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was in excellent condition. We will come again and invite friends too.
The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.
