We were concerned that downtown Sacramento would be problematic… but the hotel was very nice, all the staff from the valet door greeter to the desk clerk to the manager did a good job. Room was already nice and cool when we entered which set the tone because it was over a hundred outside. Bed was comfortable and usually I cannot sleep in hotel rooms very well. But this room was cool, comfortable and with the blinds mercifully dark which is just how I like it. Cheers.
Decent conference hotel. Staff at the desk and front door were great. Helpful. Food in the banquet rooms was fine and the serving staff stood out as a strong point.
