If you're at the Kahler Grand, it's most likely because you're at Mayo Clinic. So while the reason for the stay is trying, this hotel is simply THE BEST. Outstanding customer service. Everyone (all hotel staff, cleaning crew, restaurant and bar staff) is so calm, professional, warm, friendly and nice. When you've had a day at the Mayo, it's nice to come "home" to Kahler where it really does feel like your home away from home. Great hotel, awesome restaurants with great food and service, SUPER clean rooms, one of the most comfortable beds. Thank you for providing excellence and warmth for so many.
