I have stayed at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside several times. I was greeted by Rico at the front desk who was professional and courteous. But I would really like to comment on how wonderful, professional, polite and helpful to the valet parking attendants. I had a great stay and return the next time I visit Norfolk.
The hotel staff were very professional. My room was well taken care of. Great location and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Norfolk.

From the lobby staff and dining staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was absolutely amazing! If I ever come to Norfolk again I will absolutely be staying here. Thank you so much for making a difficult week a lovely stay!

Hotel was okay parking was not but also didn’t get the room we paid for. So we were cheated out our money. We were supposed to have a king balcony's facing the harbor king bed and king refrigerator what ever that ifs but the fridge was mini min and couldn’t hardly get anything in it the bed seem like queen. But could’ve been king but don’t believe it was. But hotel in nice location and parking could be better.
