Should not have to pay for parking when paying as much as we did for the room. Most motels you have free parking and most have free coffee in the lobby for guests.
We had the best time! We loved everything about your hotel. The restaurant was WONDERFUL, good service and great food. The coffee bar is amazing. The pool is perfect and the exercise room was outstanding. Our room was clean, comfortable, large and beautifully decorated. We loved the gift of the daily bottled water and the view is beautiful.
Everything at this hotel is excellent, except for the fact that I was billed $120+ for recovery fee… On top of my room charge of $190, there was no explanation why… I’ve NOT been charged a recovery anywhere that so can recall.
I was staying for business and the room and staff were excellent! And the food was top notch!

Excellent hotel, clean, beautifully appointed, terrific breakfast with a view of the water, super friendly and kind staff who even braved three days of lake effect snow to come to work! Some even stayed over at the hotel! Above and beyond. So impressed. Outstanding all around!

The Sheraton Erie Bayfront is located in the most beautiful setting, overlooking the bay on one side and the thriving community on the other. The friendliness and exceptional service of the staff is above and beyond what is normal. This is our second stay here and we will be back!
