⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Bally’s! We had such a great experience at Bally’s! Parking was easy to find and check in was quick and effortless. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and even asked if we preferred a city view or river view — such a nice touch! Our room was clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the café and of course, had a great time exploring the multi floor casino. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

We made reservations for our honeymoon and we did not get what we paid for. We paid for a king size and we got downgraded to a two queen size on the pet level which the room smell was horrible. Making reservations with your property is useless because the customer does not get what they pay for. It's like buying a motorcycle online and when you get to the dealer, they only have a bicycle. I will never refer anyone to stay there.
I reserved and paid for a room there, for my anniversary, a King size bed. When I checked in there were no rooms available. So they stuck me in a room on the pet friendly floor which smiled really bad. Bottom line I didn't get what I paid for. It's like paying for a motorcycle and receiving a bicycle.

Our room was cold so at 7:30 I called for a blanket and they knocked on the door at 11 pm; that situation could’ve been avoided by having an extra blanket, folded up in the top of the closet. In the casino, the drink service in third floor was extremely slow.
Beds were comfortable. Casino is non-smoking.
Rooms are dirty and musty smelling. TV never worked. Elevators didn't work. No directory to call anywhere. No one answers. No valet service. No baggage help. Parking is a hassle. This place is horrible.
We had a great time.
