Hotel is confusing to get room no ice on floor shower gave small amout of water.room was very hot Lot kids running around.
We reserved a room with two queen beds. Upon check in and going to our assigned room, we were put in a handicapped room with two double beds which doesnt work for people over 6' tall. When I went back to the front desk, they said "that's the room you booked." I showed him my confirmation email for a different room type. The attendant argued with me that the room they gave us was two queens. Clearly, it was not and the beds were about a foot off the ground. He gave us another room. When we got to the next room, the beds were both queens, however the shower lever to turn the water on/off was broken. Deeply disappointed in this hotel and won't be back.
However, we requested a pick up from the airport and left our phone number. The shuttle left without us snd returned to the hotel! I couldn’t believe it! They did the same thing the day before when my son arrived. The phone in the room didn’t work as well as the coffee maker didn’t work. Language barrier with the staff made it hard to communicate. One day they would make up the room but not the next day. You had to run down clean towels. I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many other good choices.
