We will use this hotel when in NOLA.
From the time of our arrival until our departure we were given the Royal Treatment! The Staff was kind and caring! It was like staying with friends only better! During our stay we had a slight accident in our perfect room. We called Miss Debbie and she had the staff take care of things immediately! We were amazed! Speaking of our room; It was CLEAN, the bathroom appointments included luscious towels and items for showering! Also, the shower was amazing! We highly recommend The Marriott to those seeking a perfect home away from home only better!

I attended Bouchercon just across Canal Street. The Sheraton was the perfect location.
Great stay and beautiful view! The bed was so comfy!
Loved staying at the Sheraton. The beds were fabulous; housekeeping was wonderfully accommodating to my requests for extra towels and toilet paper (Room 3613). But the stars were two bartenders at Pelican Bar named Roy and Claide. They were consistently funny and awesome!
Have to go through another place to book reservation, not hotel! Valet not part of hotel reservation.

We arrived at the hotel late because of severe storms in the area. When we arrived the hotel systems were down and we were not able to check in. The staff was courteous, made every effort to get us comfortable and got us to our room much faster than anticipated. Great job New Orleans staff.
The Sheraton is an excellent hotel with great accommodations. We greatly enjoyed our stay during Jazz Festival.
