Great location away from the downtown noise and accessible to public transport. Clean, updated rooms. Courteous staff and also have great breakfast food.
Bottled water should be in the fridge. Wake up call not followed through,only one manual call. Heating system too loud and had to be moved constantly.
Enjoyed the room we were assigned to. Staff were very friendly and professional 😀.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and the hotel location was very logistic along the Falls. The updated room I got was large enough for me and my friends without being cramped. The complimentary breakfast was really good. One point to improve, is for housekeeping to vacuum regularly the corridors to the rooms, as it had a few debris left from the cleaning of the hotel rooms. Not sure if its because they are short staff.
