When I booked a room overlooking the river and downtown, I had no idea it would be an amazing suite! Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

My stay was wonderful, the bed is super comfortable room was large and very nicely decorated, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Stayed in a single king room 641 for a wedding reception that took place at your hotel. Friendly front desk service, clean well kept room as well as entire hotel, accommodating amenities and overall pleasant stay. I’ve lived in Pittsburgh my entire life and have never stayed with you until now. I would stay again and would recommend your hotel to others.

These tools include StarGroups, Reservation Connection, Online Floor Plans and Capacity Charts, ePlanner, and Emenus. *Partner with the local waste management providing single-stream recycling for paper, cardboard, glass, and metal. *Promote the Make a Green Choice program in our guest rooms conserving water, energy and other resources. *Practice energy efficient lighting with compact florescent light bulbs in all guest rooms and meeting rooms. *Highly efficient low flow toilets are used in our West Wing guest rooms. *Minimize printing when communicating and utilize electronic tools versus paper. *Electronic Reader Boards in place of printed paper and easels. *Following green cleaning product guidance, including not over-using chemicals in the housekeeping department. *Roselli Silver tables used in banquets which reduces the need for linen and skirting; also conserving water by reducing laundry and dry cleaning of these items. *Encourage clients to participate in our Social Benefit Project. *Offer sustainable menu choices which contain organic and locally grown products which help support local and regional faming, fishing, and production of goods that are also free of toxic chemicals. *Utilize 1.5 gpm sink faucet aerators and 2.5 gpm shower heads in our guest rooms.

Courteous, friendly staff, clean comfy rooms, wedding was perfect. I enjoyed my stay very much and will recommend your hotel without hesitation.

The lobby and the entire hotel is clean and very presentable. Looks newly remodeled. Your staff was nice and friendly also courteous. We were happy to stay here.
The cost was expensive for one night and all the places around the hotel were closed by the time we returned from our event. No one was at the front desk and we couldn’t get anything to eat or drink. I’m glad I brought snacks.
