Hotel was great but we did not realize we booked through Expedia and we did not get the train rooms we requested even though we asked three times while on the phone with them. The cost even was higher when using Expedia. Avoid Expedia! Call the hotel direct.
Worst experience! Will not use your chain unless you convince better service with a compensation for our loss and discomfort!

Construction at times was loud and left a layer of dust. Beats were accidentally left in the room and were not turned into lost and found. We booked a double bed and they only had a king available. The rollaway bed was terrible.
