Nice clean room, we were able to check in early and had a great stay!

Nice clean room, we were able to check in early and had a great stay!
The room was clean and quiet with a window view of the mountains. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The bar was inviting with a friendly bartender and good food…Quality Customer Service!
This is the only hotel that we stay at when we visit family. Always excellent.
I want to compliment Ashley, the front desk person, and Robert, one of the building engineers. The hotel doesn’t have assistance to help with luggage, etc., so Ashley got Robert to help me. And was he a great help! He was kind and courteous and went over and above what was needed to settle me in. I have a medium sized oxygen concentrator that I had to use overnight and he helped set that up for me and even filled my ice bucket. What a great guy!
Clerks were very nice; free cookies! The room was clean, had a nice armchair and business desk set up. I stayed there after surgery as my insurance would not pay for a hospital stay.
This visit was excellent.
