Not only was the room clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Our stay happened to coincide with a snowstorm and we were able to get late checkout to allow more time for roads to clear. The staff visited and walked myself and my elderly parents to show us where we needed to be for an alternate elevator vs just telling us when an elevator was being repaired. Definitely would recommend this hotel for price, convenience, cleanliness and staff.
I have often stayed overnight to make a 6am flight out of Bloomington airport. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, decent tv, clean. Most importantly the EARLY transport to the airport is always there when they say it will be. This morning it was 4:30 and snowing.
My Stay. Very clean efficient, comfortable had short stay but would liked stay longer.

Check in was efficient. The room was large and very well furnished. The desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly—specifically Nellie and Sai. A+.
I spent one night at the hotel. I used this hotel because it is close to the airport and to many restaurants. The front desk was professional and polite. The room was clean and comfortable.
My stay was great! The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
